The Seafarers' Board of
Directors have elected to accept the PGBA's challenge to certify
that all of our member captains have completed a "safe boating"
course and have successfully passed the final exam associated
with that course. Note that
you may have completed one of these courses in the past, in
which case you don't need to take it again -- just submit your
certificate.
How to Meet
The Challenge
To meet the challenge, each member
must demonstrate that he/she has passed the final exam of one of
the following courses that are approved by the National
Association of State Boating Law Administrators (NASBLA). United
